Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

These cheeseburger bombs are a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The juicy beef and gooey cheese are perfectly complemented by the aromatic garlic and nutty parmesan, all encased in a soft dough that bakes to a golden brown. They are savory, cheesy, and utterly addictive.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat, then add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
  • Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit disc. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  • Bake: Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
